ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF CARE SERVICES
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 pa Job Type: Permanent
Location: Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex
To support the Board of Directors, Regional Care Directors, Quality Development Team, the Home Managers and Management teams in the planning, development and provision of a high quality service throughout the Care Homes Group.
To provide operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high quality, residential-centred and cost effective services in line with both the Care Quality Commission requirements and the Company objectives and targets.
To be responsible for the line management of a small group of Home Managers and have supervisory responsibility for their homes as the needs of the business dictates.
To deal with all strategic planning of the Care Home Group, Service Planning, Service Delivery, HR Management and Workforce Planning, Development in Clinical Practice, Finance, Leadership, Personal Practice and Development.
Previous experience at this level in a similar role in the care sector is essential. You must be a qualified nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC Pin.
