Operations Manager - Teesside
Salary: £36,778 pa Job Type: Permanent
Location: Teesville, Redcar & Cleveland
Leading and developing a portfolio of services, you will provide professional expertise to your team of Managers. Commercially focused and able to offer guidance and advice, you should be committed to quality assurance and to developing and expanding Options, directing and encouraging your Managers to identify suitable opportunities to provide support in the local community.
A clear understanding of the learning disability sector is required along with experience of liaising with local authorities and an extensive working knowledge of relevant care standards/legislation. You will be motivated with the ability to maintain close links with professionals and possess well developed financial and people management skills. Furthermore, you will have sound business acumen, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage change.
