Refer A friend and earn £100!

ENS runs a Recommend A Friend Bonus Scheme. We will reward each employee for every candidate recommended to us.  This scheme is being re-launched during our own version of March Madness (an American basketball competition which takes the country by storm).

Refer a friend or colleague to us between now and the end of March and receive the increased amount of

£100 per referral.

If you know anyone that is looking for work and would benefit from extra training & support please let our consultants know. There is no limit to the number of candidates you can recommend, therefore no limit on the amount of cash that can be received.

Qualifying criteria:

Referred applicant needs to have the required 6 months UK care experience, and complete our full recruitment process and training successfully. They must indicate during recruitment who has referred them so it can be logged as a referral on our system. Once they have worked 100 hours for ENS the person who referred will be eligible for £100 bonus, as long as they are an active ENS worker on our system.

I feel I would like to give a positive review on working for ENS in any care capacity. I joined at the start of December 2015 and have been offered enough work to fit around my own needs and other commitments. The work has been varied and I received good information prior to the visit. The excellent dedicated back office support staff and they clearly understand their clients’ needs which are aligned to the qualities of the Support Workers, this helps builds the relationship.

While there is a need for help at short notice to meet the company needs I have been further impressed to have good notice of most of the work intended. My role has been largely Community Support but I have worked with our Residential team and clearly there is plentiful work again with helpful support.
