Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Manager who will run a 35-bed home in Waterbeach, near Cambridge.

Registered Manager is urgently required to run a 35-bed home in Cambridge. The service provides residential care for the elderly who might have dementia and may require palliative care.

ENS Recruitment is now assisting with the recruitment of a Registered Manager for an award-winning care provider who has built a good reputation with local commissioners and the CQC. The provider owns 4 other elderly care homes which have all been rated Good by the Care Quality Commission.

The main purpose of the role is to ensure the highest standard of care quality is maintained and to ensure smooth running of the service. You will have previous experience as a Registered Manager and have a good track record of successfully managing a home.

The salary offered is £35,000 to £40,000 per annum. The home is currently going through expansion and it will be registered for up to 55 people in September, when a salary review will be in place as this can go up to £47,000 per annum.

Main requirements:
* NVQ level 5 in Health and Social Care Management
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Registered Manager with Good reports from the CQC
* Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle (Preferred)
