Job Description

ENS Recruitment is seeking a Support Worker to look after adults with learning difficulties in Tottenham, Greater London.

Is this you? We are recruiting a Support Worker who will be based in a residential home for adults with learning difficulties in Tottenham.
Support work is a challenging job, but it's always worth seeing the residents happy, comfortable and as independent as they can be. You will be their supporting pillar who will assist them in gaining control over their lives and you will be helping them to live a valued life within their communities.
You will be working for a charity organisation with many years of experience in supporting vulnerable adults with learning difficulties and mental health needs as well as the elderly. They offer full-time hours (38) on a rota basis which will include late, weekend and sleep-in shifts.

What are the requirements?

  • You will have worked as a Support Worker and you will have a good understanding of learning difficulties/physical disabilities
  • You will have the availability to work on a rota basis, supporting the service users in their daily lives at any time of the day
