Would you like to work for a long standing recruitment company who really look after their staff? Are you a team player, with experience in recruitment seeking a new challenge? ENS Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Bookings Consultant in our Health and Social Care Division.

ENS Recruitment have been established for 30 years and specialise in recruitment within the health and social care sector. We are recruiting for a 360 Bookings Recruitment Consultant to work within a friendly and dynamic team at our offices in Westcliff on Sea, Essex. 

As a Bookings Recruitment Consultant you will need to have a  personal go-get attitude  and will bring your own personality to the forefront of your work. You will be responsible fulfilling our clients’ service requirements including placing suitably experienced/qualified workers/nurses.

You will identify new clients to service ensuring the relationship develops based on their needs and the rapport built over time.

Requirements/Attributes:

  • To have good working knowledge of the CQC regulations, Health and Social Care Act, NHS framework, client-specific frameworks and all other sector specific legislation and best practice.
  • To have a comprehensive understanding of the diverse needs of the clients.
  • To have an in depth understanding of contractual client obligations.
  • To have a good understanding of Terms of Engagement for Agency Workers.
  • To be able to generate sales with new clients and feel confident reaching out to new prospective clients.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, managing a high volume of calls and queries whilst maintaining quality under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel & other Office Applications.

Duties will include:

  • To resource new candidates to ensure a healthy pipeline (time permitting).
  • To be responsible for the allocation of shifts to Agency Workers; clearly communicating expectations, date, time, and location of assignment.
  • To ensure the worker meets all regulatory and compliance prior to assigning a shift.
  • Ensuring workers complete incident/accident forms in a timely manner and forward a copy to the HR department. 
  • Maintaining regular client contact, including client visits to understand and ensure their service needs are being met.
  • To escalate client concerns to the Assistant Health and Social Care Manager, Head of Health & Social Care and HR if necessary.

Sales

  • Deliver the sales strategy, expanding our customer client base.
  • Identify new business opportunities and take clear and direct actions to progress.
  • Develop new clients by sales calls, prospecting, face to face meetings and networking & social media.
  • Support our marketing department and undertake research.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key contacts in existing and prospective services.
  • Participate in meetings and presentations to clients
  • To work towards the targets agreed with the Health & Social Care Manager and Head of Health and Social Care
  • Additional responsibilities:

Basic salary £22,000 - £25,000 per annum plus commission.  Standard working hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
