Job Description

Registered Manager is required for a children's service in Chadwell Heath.

Are you a manager with previous Ofsted registration history and you are looking for a new role? Do you feel the commitment to providing excellent quality of care and you are passionate about service delivery to highest standards?

ENS Recruitment is working with a well-established provider for residential services, semi-independent living schemes and outreach services for children aged 11 – 16.

My client provides person-centred services for emotionally vulnerable children and young people, specializing in transition services for children moving on to adult life.

We are looking for a Registered Manager to run one of their services in Chadwell Heath.

The role offers full-time hours and a salary of £40,000 per annum.

What is required:

  • NVQ 5 or Degree in Leadership for Health and Social Care of Children’s and Young People’s Services (or equivalent)
  • Previous registration with Ofsted and have a good understanding of relevant legislation
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Registered Manager for children and young people
  • Have outstanding leadership and managerial skills

I feel I would like to give a positive review on working for ENS in any care capacity.
