Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Manager to run an elderly care home with dementia in the Southminster area in Essex.

Are you an experienced Registered Manager and you have strong business development skills? We are looking for a strong and enthusiastic Registered Manager who knows how to make a house, a home. The service is in a rural area near Southminster, Essex and it is a residential home for elderly with dementia.

ENS Recruitment is assisting a family-run business that owns two other elderly care homes in Essex and have over 15 years’ experience within the care industry.

What are the requirements?

  • 5 years’ experience as a Registered Manager (elderly residential) with proven track record
  • NVQ 5 in Health and Social Care Management
  • Ability to act as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice
  • Ability to develop and improve the business to fill vacant beds
  • Strong leadership skills and enthusiasm

The role offers a salary of £35,000 per annum. As the Registered Manager, you will have an eager and energetic care team, with individuals who thirst knowledge and look after each other.
