Job Description

Band 3/4 Healthcare Assistant temporary position to start ASAP for 12 weeks, Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00

ENS Recruitment are recruiting for a Band 3/4 HCA to work as part of the Recovery & Wellbeing teams in Grays to start ASAP for 12 weeks.

Hours: Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00

You will be required to provide support to the care coordinators within the Recovery & Wellbeing Team therefore community experience is essential and ideally you should be familiar with the Trust systems,

 You will be responsible for ensuring health and social care needs of patients are carried out in accordance with the patient’s care plan under the guidance and the recommendations of qualified staff for patients referred to the First Response and Recovery and Well Being Service.  You will work regularly without direct supervision and be responsible for supervising other support staff whilst working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.  In addition, you will work in close co-operation with other hospitals and primary health care based professionals.

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Full occupational health immunisations which includes: HEP B, MMR, TB, Varicella
  • 6 month's relevant UK experience

I feel I would like to give a positive review on working for ENS in any care capacity. The excellent dedicated back office support staff and they clearly understand their clients’ needs which are aligned to the qualities of the Support Workers, this helps builds the relationship.
