Deputy manager required in Sutton

ENS Recruitment is currently working with a very large Health and Social Care provider who specialises in supporting adults with learning disabilities.

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker/ Team Leader/ Deputy Manager for a small residential service in Sutton. The role will have you working full time, 37.5 hours a week, on shift basis, a mix of earlies and lates and it will include weekends. 

The Deputy Manager will be in charge of the home in the manager's absence, will help with rotas and recruitment as well as staff management, supervision and training. 

Main requirements:

  • "can do" attitude and "hands on" approach to work
  • experience is supervising staff and delegating responsibilities
  • previous experience in working with people with learning disabilities 
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent would be an advantage.
