Job Description

ENS Recruitment is working with an organisation to recruit Support Workers to work with people with learning difficulties and physical disabilities in Witham.

ENS Recruitment is currently working with a large housing association and we are looking for a full time Support Worker to work in Witham.

The service is offering support to adults with physical disabilities and learning difficulties. There will be manual handling and personal care involved.

The position is for a full-time, permanent role with 37 hours/week and you have to be flexible with the days/hours you can work as there will be weekend and evening shifts involved.

Main requirements:

  • NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care/equivalent is desirable but not essential
  • Minimum 6 months experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker
  • Due to the nature of the service we are only able to consider male applicants
