Job Description

Registered Manager is required for a children's home in Ipswich.

Are you strategically minded and do you have what it takes to be an outstanding leader and Registered Manager? ENS Recruitment is working with a children’s service provider and we are assisting them with the recruitment of a Registered Manager for a 6-bed home for children with EBD in Ipswich.

You will be responsible for the well-being of the children under your care and you will also have the ability to recruit new staff members and fill voids within the service. The children’s future will depend on you and you will also have the chance to influence and form their future from the moment they move in to their new home.

What are the requirements?

  • NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management in Children’s Services (or equivalent)
  • Excellent track record and previous OFSTED registration history (5 years preferred)
  • Experience with EBD and children’s registered services
  • You will also be strategically minded and have outstanding leadership skills

The salary range offered is £38,000 - £50,000 per annum. You will also have the chance to join a growing and ambitious company.
