Job Description

ENS Recruitment is now seeking a Deputy Manager to work in Ilford.

Are you a Deputy Manager with experience in supporting vulnerable adults with learning difficulties and Autism? Are you looking for a new challenge?
ENS Recruitment is assisting a care provider who specializes in providing support to those who have a learning difficulty, Autism and physical disability. We are looking to recruit a Deputy Manager to work alongside an experienced Registered Manager and an amazing team of support staff.

The home is located in Ilford, this has been rated Good by the CQC and there have not been any cases of Covid-19 at this service.

What are the requirements?

  • NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care and a willingness to work towards a Level 5
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager in a residential home
  • Flexibility to participate in the on call system and work some weekends as and when required
  • Experience in supporting adults with learning difficulties and Autism

The salary offered is £26,000 per annum and for the right candidate this can be subject to negotiation.
