Job Description

We are looking for ambitious Community Carers to join a thriving company and support adults after a hospital visit in the Southend on Sea and surrounding areas.

Are you a Care Assistant looking for permanent employment; and you wish to be paid for an entire shift, rather than just for the calls? Are you only looking for early shifts? Are you only looking for weekend shifts? Can you only do late shifts? Now is the chance for you to get a permanent role that offers some flexibility. If you can commit to working 30 hours per week, and you have a Driving License with access to a car then we are looking for you!

We are looking for dedicated Community Care Assistants to work in Southend on Sea area.
My client looks after adults and elderly who come out of hospitals and need help with day to day tasks such as eating, washing, getting dressed, tidying up and medication.

Benefits:
* Earn an hourly rate of £11.08 per hour

* Career progression – as well as acquiring an NVQ in Health and Social Care, you can work very closely with physiotherapists and other care professionals outside the organisation
* Some flexibility is offered, as my client is looking to offer permanent contracts based on your availability, as long as you can either start as early as 07:00 for the early shifts or finish as late as 23:00 for the late shifts and you can commit to at least 30 hours per week

* Free DBS, Uniform, Training, enhanced Pension, Discounts and other Benefits
* You will be paid for the full shift worked, and not for the individual visits!

Requirements:

* Previous care experience within a CQC regulated environment
* Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle for work
* Availability to work at least 30 hours per week
