Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Registered Manager two run a rehabilitation service and be in charge of the launch of a brand-new private domiciliary care service in Southend.

I am assisting a local care provider that is owned by a local authority with the recruitment of a Registered Manager for a community care service. As the Registered Manager, you will be in charge of running an existing rehabilitation service and with the set-up of a new private domiciliary care service in Essex.

The company has an £8 million annual turnover, employs over 300 staff members and has exceeded expectations and its targets in the past 4 years. They are also in the process of opening a brand-new care facility where the community service will be based. They own other services such as residential homes for the elderly, day centres for adults with learning difficulties and complex care needs, supported living and extra care services and are looking to grow their business further and expand their existing portfolio. The rehabilitation care service is currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC.

The salary on offer is £46,000 per annum and we are looking for someone with business development skills and experience in running a well-established community care service with a Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care Management.

You will be supported by two experienced Assistant Managers, flexible and hard-working Senior Carers and a team of well-trained care staff.
