Specialist Practitioner required to support, manage and lead a team of Practitioners and Complex Healthcare Assistants working for a brand new residential care home opening in Southend on sea, Essex in January 2022

Specialist Practitioner (Team Leader) required for a brand new residential care home in Southend on Sea, Essex opening in January 2022.  We are for looking individuals to join their team of existing staff to deliver high quality person centred and compassionate care.

As a Specialist Practitioner you will support, manage and lead a team of Practitioners and Complex Healthcare Assistants to ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients within the Centre.

We are looking for an individual who has:

  • A personable and warm approach with a genuine interest in the wellbeing of residents
  • 2 years experience of working in a senior role and demonstrable experience of leading a team.
  • Experience of Dementia, Mental Health, Addiction, Epilepsy Care & Seizure Management and Diabetes.
  • Knowledge and direct experience of CQC regulations an inspections.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with sensitive issues.
