Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Support Worker to join a charity organisation and help adults with learning difficulties improve their independent living skills!

We are supporting a charity organisation with the recruitment of a full-time support worker for a small service. This is a new supported living service located in Wandsworth and about 15 minutes away from Earlsfield train station. In this home live 3 adults, one of them is an autistic savant – a musical prodigy, and as their Support Worker you will be assisting them with independent living skills (light household duties, preparing their meals, supporting them with medication, enhanced care and support), whilst gaining a unique experience.


What is offered?

  • Full-time permanent work (38 hours per week)
  • A salary up to £22,500 per annum – this includes a minimum of 2 sleep-ins per week

What is required?

  • Be passionate about people and have previous experience as a Support Worker
  • Flexibility to work weekend, evening and sleep-in shifts on a rota
